EVI Delivers “Air Force One on Wheels!”Emergency Vehicles, Inc., America’s leading manufacturer of Heavy Rescue and Command Vehicles, recently delivered a 47’ Mobile Incident Command Center to the Honolulu, HI Police Department. The high degree of technical capability of the unit has been referred to as the equivalent of Air Force One on Wheels. It is one of the most technologically advanced vehicles in civilian service in the United States. The 47 ft. unit is towed by a custom Spartan Chassis, has four slide out room expanders and three telescoping masts. Electricity is provided by a 60 kw generator. The unit has twenty three (23) flat screen monitors, 36 radio control centers, two (2) 46” flat screen interactive graphic overlay units, an automatic tracking satellite system, video conferencing center, eight (8) line digital cellular system, a 56’ surveillance mast, a 9000 watt PTZ Light Tower Mast, Long Range PTZ Day / Night Video System and a Long Range PTZ Thermal Imaging System. |
